One year later, we’re thrilled to finally be able to announce a significant milestone in Bandalier’s journey. Bandalier has joined Execo, marking a major step forward in our mission to deliver vetted, trained world-class inside sales talent to growing companies.

I’ve known Execo’s CEO, Patrick Linton, for close to a decade now. Patrick shared his compelling vision for Execo with me two years ago. Execo’s philosophy of using AI to empower people rather than replace them ("AI where it matters, people where it counts") perfectly aligns with our mission of using technology to spread opportunity.

From the outset, our decision to join forces was guided by two critical considerations: the benefits for our customers and our team. Our customers now enjoy a host of related services that we didn’t offer at Bandalier but often got asked about, like list building and digital marketing. Customers also have the benefits of a global infrastructure that has already helped professionalize our operations. For our team, this transition has opened doors to exciting global management roles and even the return of several Bandalier alums, now taking on significant positions within the Execo Group. Finally, we’re now backed by a management team and board with decades of collective experience in outsourcing.

On a personal note, integrating Bandalier with Execo has been a uniquely rewarding experience. It has allowed us to bring together like-minded founders of services companies, including some partners with whom we had previously collaborated at Bandalier, into a single group with a common purpose. I’ll be staying on as a member of Execo’s board helping the company navigate a truly exciting period, where we’ll have the ability to supercharge team members with next generation, GenAI-enabled tools.

This merger is a testament to the power of enduring relationships and shared visions in shaping the future of work and outsourcing services in particular. I can’t wait for you to see some of the things the team has in store - stay tuned!
